Identified
The issue has been identified. One of our upstream network providers is currently experiencing an issue affecting the delivery of some requests, which is causing intermittent delays and timeouts in parts of the Web Application. Some pages may load slowly, time out, or show a loading spinner without finishing. The provider is actively working on a fix and we are monitoring their progress while mitigating the impact on our side. We will post updates here as the situation develops.

We are currently experiencing intermittent delays affecting Call Logs and Reports in the Web application. Some call logs and reports may load slowly or appear incomplete.
